What this service is

Rohit Patel spent eight years working on artificial intelligence at Meta. Now he has left the company and launched the startup Ndoc. His idea is to create one work space where AI analyzes data, writes documents and makes presentations. For this, Patel wants to replace the familiar Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

According to him, most modern AI services simply add AI to old programs. For example, in a spreadsheet, AI fills in the cells. Patel thinks this changes very little, so Ndoc is being built with AI from the start.

How it works

Ndoc will have three work areas. Stage is for ready-made presentations, charts, interactive dashboards and small applications. Narrative explains results, writes conclusions and shows sources. Model contains the source data and the Python code that AI used for its calculations.

Example: you upload a sales table and ask AI to analyze it. The service should calculate the results itself, build charts, write conclusions and prepare a presentation.

If the AI produces strange numbers, you can ask the chatbot where they came from, which formula was used and how it works. This matters because you can check the result instead of simply trusting it.

File format

Patel also wants to change the document format itself. Work done in Ndoc can be saved as a single HTML file. Such a file opens in any browser. In the future, the developers plan to make this format open, so users do not depend on one platform.

When you can try it

For now, corporate clients are testing the service. Anyone interested can join the waitlist for the alpha version at ndoc.ai. Beta testing is planned to start in the coming weeks, and the full launch is planned for 2027.

Registration will be free, but you will have to pay for using AI. The source does not specify exact pricing.
